November Adulting 101 Classes November 22

Self-Advocacy is the focus for the November Adulting 101 sessions. These sessions will focus on understanding your needs, learning which accommodations to seek, and who to ask for help!

The classes will take place in person at The Arc’s offices on 2nd Avenue (with socially distancing and masks), but a virtual option is also available.

Cost: $75 for four sessions (DDA respite funds can also be used).

When: Mondays on November 1, 8, 15, and 22 from 5:30-7 p.m.
