Have your guardianship questions answered and learn all about new changes to the process with a free and informational workshop over Zoom. Workshop sessions are being offered on Monday, April 18, 2022 from noon-1 p.m. or Thursday, April 21, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. This workshop will specifically help families in navigating the new guardianship forms that came out this year.

Attorney Jonas Hemenway from Gravis Law will cover guardianship and supported decision-making alternatives to guardianship including informed consent, Representative Payees, joint bank accounts, special needs trusts, power of attorney, and limited vs. full guardianship and guardianship of the estate vs. a guardianship of the person.
