The Life After High School program is a five-part series designed to help parents navigate the sometimes complex support system for people with I/DD and create a richer life for their child.

WHAT: October 19 - Envisioning the Future and the Transition IEP, October 21 - Navigating the System, October 26 - Financial Planning and Guardianship, October 28 - Housing, November 2 - Social Growth, Recreation, and Transportation.

All information builds upon itself, so joining each session is important to receiving all of the needed information to best ensure success for you and your soon-to-be high school graduate!
