Parent to Parent

Parent to Parent is a statewide network that supports parents facing the unique challenge of raising a child with a developmental disability. Parent mentors, support groups and workshops give parents and other family members ample opportunity to share their fears, hopes, dreams and cares in an atmosphere of respect and understanding.

Parent to Parent provides:

  • Emotional support for parents
  • Information about community resources
  • Statewide matching for families with a child with a rare disorder
  • Parent mentoring
  • Current information about diasgnoses and treatments
  • A lending library
  • Monthly support groups
  • A monthly newsletter

Parent to Parent's on-line forum also allows parents to discuss what's on their mind, share ideas or just visit.  Join us at www.p2pspokane.forumotion.com.
