The 2010 Family Support Conference: Transitions: Birth through Life

For families, educators and professionals, this year's Family Support Conference will help your son or daughter have a successful transition from youth to adulthood. Speak with professionals and learn new techniques or join other parents working on similar issues. Find the support you need and deserve.  Breakout sessions will offer insight about topics of interest to people with developmental disabilities, their families, educators and professionals, including:

    School Transitions
    A Panel about SSI, DDD and DVR
    Behavior Management
    Relationships across the Lifespan
    IEPs in a Fishbowl
    Developing Natural Supports
    Creative Employment
    Roadmaps to Independence
    Medical Transitions

                    1810 N. Greene St.
                    Spokane
COST:  $30 per person / $50 per coupleChildcare is available off-site for $15 per child.
